I-imagery has pulled together the facts that are circulating on the NO levy break/Bush didn't care/Bush cut funding riffs. For example, the levy that broke had been upgraded; the mayor didn't follow NO's evacuation policy etc.

The kick-off for this post is Anne Rice's whining piece, where she claims that America sat on its unfeeling hands as "sin city" went under.

After reading Rice's essay, Ith reasonably wanted to know how she could get a refund on her donations to disaster relief.

Rice is not exactly helping to foster the attitude we right now.
