Remember "Dissent is the highest form of patriotism"?

That was so pre-Hope and Change. 

Apparently, John Hickenlooper, the Democratic governor of Colorado, thinks the United States is a dictatorship where everyone must support the president on certain issues.  And he apparently thinks you’re not an American if you disagree.
“If you are an American — at least I’ve always felt this my whole life growing up — (and) your president decides something, you’ve got to support him if it’s an issue of national security,” he said. “That is just the way it works.”
