The myth is that Bill Clinton is an "uncommonly good liar."

He really isn't.

Everyone has always known when he is lying. He has always signaled that he is lying through some weird grammatical circumlocution or overly careful phrasing or explaining too much.  Lying, particularly when one has so many lies to keep track of takes effort, it is confusing, and one of the "tells" in that situation is that grammar goes to Hell.

Now watch the video and notice that Bill's answer is that Hillary "frequently" has these episodes, which he covers up by saying "rarely."
