If you want to end racism, then you end it, for everyone, and everywhere.

Vox explains that white protesters in Charlottesville were examples of "white fragility."

Because, obviously, it can have nothing to do with college students being told to get off campus because they are white or professors calling for the death of white people or white working class people in economically decaying communities being told that they should be ashamed of their "white privilege."

Or elite, urban leftists using the term "white fragility" when they disagree with the premise of "white privilege." White fragility is an incredibly racist term that lumps all white people into a single group and then ascribes a weakness to them when they object to leftism.

Amazingly, it seems that when you treat white men as a repugnant political group, sometimes some of them say "OK, if that's the way you want it." And sometimes they decide that their political interests align closer than that of the urban elites, and - voila! - you have Trump.

If you want to end racism, then you end it.

You don't just shift the target of racism.

The 21st Century is not turning out the way we were promised.

If you are a leftist, you see the re-emergence of white nationalism as evidence that Americans and "white people" are inherently racist.

If you aren't a leftist, you see that kind of thinking as racist and think "what happened?"

Of course, let's keep an open mind on how extensive the white supremacist problem is.  In the 1920s, the KKK was 4% of the population. Today if it is 100,000 strong, that is a fraction of 1%, although still a scary number.

Perhaps the way to end racism is to end racism on all sides?

America is a racist country.

Or at least its liberal enclaves of higher education are places where a certain kind of racist attitude exists.

This time it is an adjunct professor in Hawaii:

The latest example comes from the University of Hawaii, where a math professor has informed all of her white male colleagues that they should quit. All in the name of social justice, of course:

Not to alarm you, but I probably want you to quit your job, or at least take a demotion. Statistically speaking, you are probably taking up room that should go to someone else. If you are a white cis man (meaning you identify as male and you were assigned male at birth) you almost certainly should resign from your position of power. That’s right, please quit. Too difficult? Well, as a first step, at least get off your hiring committee, your curriculum committee, and make sure you’re replaced by a woman of color or trans person. Don’t have any in your department? HOW SHOCKING.
Remember that you live in a world where people don’t succeed in a vacuum; most success happens on the backs of others who did not consent. You have no idea how successful you would have been if you were still you, but with an additional marginalization (not white, or not male, or not cis gender, or with a disability, etc).

Right now, I want to talk about gender equality because the fact that women aren’t actually a demographic minority makes certain arguments easier, but please know that actual solutions require women of color and trans people. Remember having white cis women run the world is no kind of solution.

Piper Harron, an assistant professor at the University of Hawaii, is apparently only in a temporary position. This probably contributes to the Princeton graduate's resentment toward the hiring process.//

Yesterday it was a Dean at Yale:

//A dean at Yale University who championed cultural sensitivity has apologized for her “insensitive” Yelp reviews of restaurants, gyms and movie theaters, including hot takes on what “white trash” customers would find tasty and employees she blasted as “barely educated morons.”

June Chu, dean of Yale’s Pierson College, apologized for the offending reviews, which had been circulating among students for several months, after the Yale Daily News published screenshots on Saturday.

“To put it quite simply: If you are white trash, this is the perfect night out for you!” Chu wrote in one review of a Japanese restaurant. “This establishment is definitely not authentic by any stretch of any imagination and perfect for those low class folks who believe this is a real night out. Over salted and greasy food. Side note: employees are Chinese, not Japanese.”//

The Narrative is watching you.

It is certainly solid evidence of white privilege that 85% of interracial crimes are committed by whites on blacks. This is clearly a holdover from the days of Jim Crow when whites would randomly lynch blacks in order to terrorize them. Today, racist whites use the power of criminality to oppress the black community by their disproportionate criminal activity against blacks.  We can no longer tolerate this racist......

Hmmm....what's that?

Actually, 85% of interracial crimes are committed by blacks against whites?

Clearly, irrelevant, and let's stop publishing this kind of dangerous, racist information.

The violence in the Chicago torture video does not arise in a vacuum. Most residents of inner-city areas are hardworking bourgeois citizens longing to live in safety and in racial harmony. But the video opens a window into a culture that America would prefer to turn its eyes away from—and which it has helped create.

My questions are: Why did the Bureau of Justice stop publishing the data on interracial crime? And, how much of our crime stats are twisted or hidden from the public???
