Mr. Williams is indeed fortunate he dosen't need to rely on the health care system his government provides, but can pay his own way with the money his government pays him.
Why does the fact that this sounds patently unfair to his constituents, who would have to get their ribs busted in order to undergo heart surgery in New Foundland, elude him?
