Too bad we lost that war...

...to the Nazis.

Elderly Belgian couple commit assisted suicide together.

They weren't sick; they were afraid of loneliness.

I'm not sure what this literally has to do with the Nazi's winning the war. In fact, they didn't. In fact, some European countries have decided through political means to allow Euthanasia. It wasn't imposed on them by Germans with guns or by elites who control the lives of the non-elites. The populations in those countries generally support allowing such measures. That doesn't make it good or bad, but the neither the Nazis or even something Nazi-like has led to this.

Despite your comment, the article sure made it seem like they were sick or in ill health:

"Francis has received treatment for prostate cancer for 20 years and is unable to spend a day without morphine"

"Anne is partially blind and almost totally deaf."

However, I would not support legal Euthanasia for people in this couple's condition. I just thought your presentation was a bit, well, overstated when it came to the Nazi thing. The road to hell may be paved with good intentions, but I don't think its kept open by Hitler's storm troopers.
